Power Delivery Board

Materials:

- PCB

- 2x Fuse Holder and Fuses

- 2x 1000mF capacitors

- 1x 2.54mm 5pin screw terminal

- 2x 2.54mm 8pin screw terminal

- 3x 2.54mm 16pin screw terminal

Build Instructions


Solder all components to their correct spots as marked in the PCBs silkscreen.
F1 and F2 Fuses can be decided by own needs (or overridden by a jumper wire).

C1 and C2 capacitor values: 1000mF (not mandatory)

Inputs


This board features 5 power in terminals. They can be hooked up to any LOW voltages under 50V regardless of the silkscreen markings.

GROUND MUST BE IN THE MIDDLE TERMINAL!

We recommend using the marked 5V and 12V terminals as actual 5 and 12 Volt lines and the two VIN terminals can be assigned any voltage below 50V.

Outputs


- 16pin 5V OUT: Uses a power stabilization capacitor and a dedicated fuse.

- 16pin 12V OUT: Uses a power stabilization capacitor and a dedicated fuse.

- 16pin GND OUT: Regular GND (from GND IN) spread to the pin array without filtering.

- 2x 8pin VOUT: Any voltages below 50V can be assigned to these pins from the VIN pins. There is no filtering/fuses in these lines.

Capacitors


The 5V and 12V lines are equipped with capacitor reservation for power stabilization. If you don't install anything to C1 or C2 pins the signal will be unfiltered.

Recommended capacitor value is around 1000mF (1Farad)

If you are installing the caps yourself make sure they are rated at least the voltage you will be using.

Fuses


The board has two fuse slots for standard 205 fuses. You can install any size fuse you might need to these slots.

If you don't want to use fuses you can short the fuse pins with a thick wire.

By default we install really large fuses to those lines and you should replace them by your own according to your current draw.
