First you need to solder the PCB. Soldering order is important since some components overlap.
Soldering order:
1. Tactile Switch
2. Both Header Pins
3. Both LEDs
Insert the LEDs as close to the board as possible.

After the PCB is fully soldered, simply insert it into the Outer Housing. You will see that it fits only one way. Glue the PCB to the housing. Next insert the Inner Housing making sure you align the small hole with the tactile switch. You need to add a little glue to the Inner Housing button hole to keep it connected to the tactile switch permanently.

Insert the text panel to the top of the unit. Next you will need to place the announciator to the desired spot and wire it to your controller.
The header is labeled with BTN (button): This has the GND and OUTPUT connections. GND is labeled with a white corner.
The other header is labeled LED: This has the voltage IN and controller pin. Voltage IN is labeled with a white corner.

You can use any input pins on your Arduino to connect the BTN (button).
To connect the LEDs, you will need a LED Driver (recommended DM13A) or to connect a resistor in series with the wire before the Arduino output pins.
